I love the food at chilis, but I always have the fight of my life trying to navigate my way through the checkout on the app it always glitches and never lets me check out without having to start over a few times.
I haven’t been able to search and select a location to order from in over 2 weeks on this app. It’s useless and costing them business at this point because I’ve simply used other restaurants rather than deal with the app that freezes every time I try to use it.
Just tried to use the app. I’m a rewards member. Says unable to look up my phone number. Tried to put in my zip code 21784 to find the restaurant in my town to place an online order…it won’t populate ANY locations and won’t accept my input. Can’t order food if the app isn’t working! This happens frequently.
It never work properly always have issues ordering food and slow like a snail. Irrespective of WiFi or mobile data.
Can’t order because it never knows where I am. And I’m standing out in front of the actual chili’s location 😑
The app is always kicking me out and has a hard time loading it seems
The app never seems to want me to do an online order it tends to show me the rewards but it never lets me pick a location and the app has been uninstalled twice to reset but never fixes the issue
