Why is it so difficult to figure out where credit for my past stays are? That should be easy. Been looking for 10 minutes, still haven’t figured it out.

Have been a loyal Marriott guy for a couple of years. There is one place though that absolutely puts the chain to shame. I’m writing this review here in hopes that someone in Marriott sees it and looks at other reviews / removes a particular hotel from its chain. <br/><br/>It’s the “Spring Hill suites by Miami Marriott airport South blue lagoon” 6700 NW Seventh Street, Miami, FL 33126.<br/><br/>No really this was a roach motel, smelled like the worst black mold. I’m honestly considering notifying the Miami health inspector. Really - don’t take my word for it, the most cursory inspection will show you what I’m talking about.

Regularly stays and points have to be submitted to Marriott to be included in your history. Otherwise they don’t exist to Marriott. I book all my hotels through the app, then after the stay they disappear!

Is always great to navigate through the app easy <br/>and well explained

I loved the view and room was clean. I loved the shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower
