8 of 12The problem is with support chat, as it does work and is fast to find you a Hp customer care tech but the problem is that when your chatting the person on the other line keeps asking if your still connected Hp needs to do some homework or refinement like keeping the connection open or providing a icon that displays on both ends of the chat that he or she is still connected.

Other than that I like the app.
This is a great app. I have been able to keep up with all the HP products I manage in a single window. I would recommend this App to anyone in the Support role in their organization.
Downloaded this app...
Doesn't recognize my notebook
Takes forever to load and STILL doesn't show up with results
Started to work on iPad once.
Many printer are not recognized. I'm not taking old or outdated printers, but printers currently being sold. Don't waste your time! HP is sadly not the great company it used to be. I just hope it gets back on track and does not become another Kodak...
Don't even attempt to use this. Locks up and doesn't recognize the correct sign in.
Pure trash !!!!!!
Just installed the app and added my first workstation. No problems...

Trying to add a second workstation and it will only let me delete or modify the first workstation and not add any additional ones...
I'm very pleased with the functionality of this app!
