The app continually tells me that my password is wrong. However, the link to reset the password does not work.

Checkin process encumbered with sales pitches and totally confusing. Thought I was checked in but apparently not. Never had a problem like this on other airlines.

So I need to provide a credit card in case your staff determines they need to check a bag for me or the system won’t let me check in? Next travel choice likely will be another airline.

For as expensive as United flights are, not being allowed a carry-on is insane

Just trying to get home. Circle of death processing and then an error message.

It’s stressful that you can only check-in a few hours before the flight. Especially when yo have meetings to get to and no time to check-in hours before your flight.

Never had problems with United! Couldn’t recommend more

Being able to pick up where I left off on a reservation is very helpful. The ease with which O could use miles to bring down the price was awesome! Thank you, United!
