The best airline
I am so impressed with the United Airlines App. Consistent Updates on Flight Info, Gate to Gate Mapping and Walking Distance Info. Seat Change optional literally up to the main door closing. Flight Entertainment at your Fingertips. A Really Awesome Travel Tool to Have
Sucks
AA used to be my airline of choice, but United has taken the top spot for me within the last two years. Friendly, professional customer service, great flight attendants, and musician friendly policies make United the best airline for my professional and personal needs. Keep up the great work UA!
Long time user and frequent flyer on United. The app no longer works for my wife or I. Check in is virtually impossible, and simple tasks like choosing seats often take many minutes of waiting if it works at all.
United provides a super easy self check in, flight change or cancellation and any other service you may need. Love this Airline and their App!
Being able to pick up where I left off on a reservation is very helpful. The ease with which O could use miles to bring down the price was awesome! Thank you, United!
