8 of 65switched from an iphone 8+ to the iphone 12 pro and im extremely disappointed with the quality. its extremely grainy, washes me out, and the flash is way too bright unlike my 8 which was nice, smooth and the flash illuminated nicely. please fix this snapchat

i love the app but there’s a bug going on right now for me and i’m not sure how it can be fixed. i log into my account and i’ll be on for times between 5 seconds to 2 mins and then i’ll just get kicked out of snapchat then i try to log back in and it says i’m “temporarily locked” i’ll wait a day or so then try to log back in then i just get kicked out and locked out once again. i have never broke any of the snapchat rules (3rd party apps, spam, hacking into accounts, etc. ) and my account seems to just be broken. i cant even make a new account either. if someone stumbles along this thread and knows what to do please help. my instagram is @ragenmorrison if you want to talk to me on there. hopefully snapchat fixes there all this is getting bad i haven’t been able to use snap for almost 2 weeks.
Why even after I update snap do i not have app appearance like everyone else ??? I have an XR just like my friend
So many saved memories I had on my Snapchat and many people I had from out of town with my only way to get ahold and contact , my snap was deleted out of the blue . Who wants to start a new snap chat ? I hate this app now never want to use it .
Every single person i know and have talked to, has dark mode except me. this is so stupid. i’ve been asking for this forever. and it’s now available. just not for me????

We have everything on snap saving snaps dark mode everything we don’t need Snapchat we just need a username changer please I have all my friends on there and I hate my username I made it when I was younger and never changed it since then so please snapchat please make a username changer.
