8 of 15This app WAS great, but it stopped working the second time I tried to use it. I followed the suggestions from the beginning about downloading lite first. Everything worked, so I paid for the full app. That worked at first also. I thought it was a great purchase, and was looking forward to using it. However, after the tv was turned off, and back on, the app indicated that a compatible receiver was not found and most likely my system doesn't support it. Really? I tried resetting my network and tried again, but it didn't work. What is the fix?

Doesn't work.
I can't add a receiver without upgrading. What kind of as trial is that?
It didn’t work. I lost my remote and I had to use the remote to set the application up. Also too many instructions.
Not helpful at all
Not working with smart tv
I’ve tried everything and still can’t get this app to work. It doesn’t work at all. If your looking for a app remote go with the full version.
