8 of 15Great app , god bless you
It a good app and has a lot of detail info
Great for working out and making custom workout plans
This seems like it has the potential to be a great app, but the interface is a joke and the attention to detail is lacking. First movement in the workout I started was 3 sets of kettlebell swings. It says 12 reps each, but also says you should spend 40 seconds doing swings each set. So which is it? 12 reps doesn’t take 40 seconds. And if it is meant to be timed, why does the timer button only start the rest timer? Overall this just requires too much time spent managing the app when I would rather spend the time doing the actual workout. Would request a refund if that was possible.

I'm trying out the 40+ toning and so far I'm a fan.
It's really good for what it is. No other app lets me customize like this and I appreciate it. However the combination of unintuitive search plus limiting categories is frustrating. Looking for side plank took forever. Should have "body weight" and "full body" categories or fix the search.
Let's you set you own pace. I would update the exercises that don't use weight (like pushups). It would be better to set your goal to maybe 15 reps and record how many you did instead. I know its consistant now but a bit confusing since there are no weights.
