Bought subscription. App and website don’t let me log in. I’ve tried for 15 minutes. Deleted and reinstalled. Tried the website and nothing. WTH

I literally hate how much this app lags, one night I couldn’t even use it because it was just a black screen and ads talking, and I couldn’t pause it. When I clicked on the screen it was still playing but completely frozen and I couldn’t do anything. Terrible.

I wish they wouldn’t make things so difficult. Like seriously, 1000 different updates! But overall it’s a really good app. Though I do suggest making service smoother.

This app has so many options and the best shows and movies! I’m loving it!

The latest version of this app for AppleTV is very buggy. It often closes when you are trying to go back a menu. There’s no longer a place to rate shows in the app. The episode guide often loses sets of 10 episodes when you are scrolling through them. The subtitle setting resets to off between episodes or if you change shows or if you switch between apps. Very frustrating to go from solid app to buggy one with the update.
