In-app Purchases are not ALOWED...<br/><br/>I have been use this app for more than two year, actually it was great and efficient.There come a new problem, which is “ In-app Purchases are not ALOWED...” when I get it into my new iPad... Horrible and horrible app - does not respect its users and completely not working on iOS 16
When I read articles in Safari browser and did the “tab and hold” on word to access the “Share” function to open the OALD for definition, texts in definition window were too small and not adjustable.<br/><br/>I’ve tried the “Settings” in OALD but it wouldn’t affect it, the texts size still unchanged.<br/><br/>Can you fix or make the text size adjustable, please.<br/><br/>Thank you.
I purchased the OALD8 and it worked perfectly on my iphone. I got a new one of the same model but downloading OALD8 is impossible. The app freezes and glitches when trying to download OALD8 or restore it. So they are forcing people to buy OALD9 even though the OALD8 was supposed to be a one-time purchase. This is being done intentionally or unintentionally, doesn’t quite matter.<br/><br/>Support has recommended uninstalling and reinstalling — didn’t work. I even bought the OALD9 because the OALD8 didn’t work and paid another $32 and still<br/>Unable to download.<br/><br/>Quite disappointing.

Hi. I have installed it on my iPad Pro 2018 but often when I change the searching way from copy-pasting it to writing it in the searchbox the volume of the sound of the pronunciation turns down to the lowest level every time I manually turn it up. and I want to be able to change folder names of favorites and moving them into each other. thank you
