8 of 15I pay a little more, but the convenience of having my prescription delivered to my house is worth it. My last trip to the Pharmacy took an hour of my day. Thanks for inconvenience Service like this.
You can’t reach out to them on this app, can’t see your other family in this app. They call you with a computerized voice wanting you to call them back.
Put on auto refill and no notice that there are no refills so dr. could be contacted. Then you’re out for a week. Either unauthorized charges on credit charges (prescription way above approve $ amount or bills that should have been paid by auto paid.) these are just a few.
The app does not give real time information. It is outdated and difficult to make any adjustments at all. And I’m meeting a call. Additionally Express Scripts washes their hands of it once they’ve processed the prescription. Customer Service doesn’t provide any real support. They just give you the by looking at the nonfunctional app. I am likely switching back to a local pharmacy. This is medicine it needs to be reliable.
Difficult online process, confusing
I have a disability and can’t drive to get the meds I need. I have used Express Scripts for years and love the service.
Superior service, very responsive
I have a very hard time with apps, but this one was actually easy and I love Express Scripts. I haven’t had a problem with them yet and I have been using them about three years.
