8 of 15I send much of the business banking to our other bank because this app, and the online access from my desktop is convoluted and useless. ...... try downloading transactions, you get dozens of zero transactions instead of something that can be used to check your accounting software balances. Plus this old review still applies. Great, it’s the weekend, they’ve sent me positive pay items and this amateur app doesn’t access positive pay. They asked us last week if they are our primary bank for business. NO, I moved our primary business transactions to a bank that has a useful app. Update: still lousy services and now their app logo just floats around on my screen even when all my apps have been closed. Who’s writing this code? Certainly no one who knows what they’re doing. Rudimentary service only. Check balance, transfer between Huntington accounts. From a business standpoint it’s useless. Unlike Veritex, the bank that was absorbed by Huntington, there’s no positive pay access. Therefore when I travel I have to take a business laptop to approve/reject positive pay items. No statement access. I’m not surprised. Even online you’re only allowed to download a statement one time. What do you do if the file gets corrupted or you lose your hard drive? Oh well, you’re just out of luck.
It looks promising. It is very buggy at present, however. Hopefully, once they can work out the kinks and coding for my iPhone 17 Pro, it will be a better experience.
Very disappointed since Cadence merged with this disaster. I cannot access my online business banking even though I pre-reserved the login, I cannot use my debit card (they sent 2 and neither work), I’ve been charged unauthorized fees for no reason, it’s a 2.5 hr wait every time I call to speak with someone and the entire staff at my local branch quit during the transition. Incredibly disappointing. Wish I would have closed my accounts before the merger.
This bank won’t let me do anything, won’t let me cash a check in online, won’t let me enroll in Zelle, what other stuff can’t I do, if I can put 0 stars I would I would not recommend this bank choose a different/better bank this one is horrible to many unnecessary problems
Banking with them is a headache and just so many small problems
App is basic, not very intuitive. Banking with them is insane! Every night, since I’ve opened my checking account they decline any & every transaction I attempt to make. Whether it’s with my debit card, virtual wallet card even cash withdrawals from the atm! Im currently stuck at a gas station with car trouble & can’t purchase coolant! Thanks Huntington! Instead of my usual morning call to get my debit card unlocked, I’ll be withdrawing my funds & closing my account

Periodically, I receive emails from Huntington stating that I have secure messages about my accounts. I log into the mobile banking app and those messages can’t be found. The directions in the emails always state that I need to go to the top of the Hub and select “messages “. Well, that doesn’t exist. If these are fraudulent emails, they are really good ones. Luckily, I never click to try to access the banking app through the email. If they are NOT fraudulent- then the app people need to cooperate with the banking people because something is really off.
