8 of 15This hardens been nicely enough to the original game, even though they omitted the sandbox mode. However, the game goes from insultingly easy to excessively challenging. Why wouldn't they explain the new pieces to use? Even worse, when it comes to sharp angles and dealing with minutiae to solve a puzzle, the controls are clunky and poorly handled. I'm tired of these iPhone apps that utilize picking things up with a finger, but now you can't see because your finger is in the way! What a terrible oversight!
The game is really lame. U have to pay $0.99 apiece for extra level packs and music is horrible. I turn off volume if i play at all. DO NOT BUY!!!
This game is a great way to pass the time and is very entertaining. I would have given five out of five stars if you could create your own levels, but other than that, fun game.
I played the original Incredible Machine. It was amazing. I was hopeful this might be something worth getting. It really wasn't. There are two types of levels if you don't buy expansion packs. All of them except the Expert pack are incredibly easy, with very few pieces and/or obvious solutions. If you go to the Expert pack, it immediately becomes very complicated, there is no gradual increase like there should be. Additionally, there is no explanation over what the pieces do, so people who haven't played it before will be lost and unable to complete some levels. Not a great app.
Waste of money
I was disappointed after purchasing this game. I loved it as a kid so got really excited when I bought it. I really wish I would have read the reviews.
It crashes when I try to go to the first level!!! Do not buy!! Waste of money!!
I almost didn't bye this game because of the review's but I'm glad I did at first all the levels are extremely simple but they do get much more difficult I am truly happy that I didn't pay attention to the low reviews !
