Awesome app to professional results on my IPhone

I’ve avoided making this review but gosh, I am struggling to understand the differences in all these different subscription options! I tap “Apo Support” and there’s no existing page. Geez, can there please be ab explaination on “Creator” subscription & “Director” subscription? If no help, I’ll delete this app ASAP.

Their tech support is non-existent. I put in a support ticket because their delog LUTs on their website leads to a broken link so you can’t even access them and those are needed to delog the files I captured. I tried on multiple browsers. 48 hours later and not a peep from their support team other than an AI bot that was useless. Do not buy this app. There are better options out there now like the BlackMagic Camera app.

Constantly crashing and I lose the whole video. iPhone 14 Pro, latest iOS, latest Filmic Pro. I can’t use it anymore because I can’t trust it not to crash half way through a great (or irreplaceable) take and lose it. Unfortunate because otherwise the app and remote functionality are great.<br/><br/>Plus every single time you use this app it asks you to rate it here. Every time! I’m in the middle of filming and have to dismiss a “rate our app!” Popup every time I use the app and I’ve already left a review. This part is just unbelievable and completely inexcusable, obnoxious and tone deaf.
