Sometimes it’s really hard to find an episode I was watching so maybe you guys could add a section of what you recently watched on the app. Hope you add this soon!

Yo, app devs, the screen will go black during an episode, and needs to be restarted every time this happens. Fix it, what do they pay you for?

As an 11 year old older sister who shares my iPad for my younger siblings, this app is the go to approach for my 4 year old little brother! He loves all of the shows on it and they’re actually so educational and fun! The total lifesaver has to be the offline mode, though. It’s so great that we can download videos just incase of emergencies and it’s absolutely perfect for traveling, roadtrips, and other occasions! Me and my family are actually about to start packing in a couple of days for the airplane so I decided to download some apps that could keep my siblings entertained, and when I tell you I came across this, I was like this is perfect! It has the whole package for travel: Offline mode, top favorite kid shows, and just an easy go to. Whenever my little brother starts fussing—you can just get the iPad out and he stays engaged for hours! My brothers all time favorite shows has to be Daniel Tigers Neighborhood and Elmo, he enjoys watching these! Whenever I tell him: “Do you want to watch some videos on PBS Kids?” He’s like: “Yeah!” and plops down next to me beaming in excitement. He absolutely loves all of the animations, intro music, and basically the whole vibe! However, I do have a couple of problems. My two complaints has to be that, recently, I’ve downloaded some of his videos (basically all of the ones that seem appealing to me that would be great for him), and some of the shows there’s not an option to download? For example, in the show “Pinkalicious” I’ve been trying to download some of the episodes for my little sister but for some reason I don’t see a download button anywhere, and I just figured that some of the shows don’t have a option for that, and that’s totally okay! Not everything updates immediately, especially for a kids platform so big as PBS Kids and these all time hits like Pinkalicious, which was my favorite show as a child, as well. My other complaint is that there’s not enough content that my brother specifically likes, and I thought that this app would actually be like “YT Kids” which consists of almost ALL of kids TV shows or videos? For example, Blippi and PAW Patrol, are my brother’s other favorites. And I know, I could just go on YT Kids instead, but that wouldn’t be possible because Youtube requires internet and we won’t have that on the airplane, so that’s why I decided to download another app which allows me to download videos and has an offline mode. I don’t know if PBS Kids partners with those popular shows, or if they don’t have permission to add it on their app, but if not, it’s fine! I would appreciate a bigger variety of shows though, like Blippi and PAW Patrol, it would absolutely make me and my brothers day, and I betcha he’ll never want to get off your app! I would also love if you maybe added a download button to all of the shows if it’s possible, because it would really save me and my little siblings on this upcoming trip and future use so they have more of an option to choose from and never get bored! Thank you for all you do, and I hope you keep in mind my complaints and suggestions! 💕
