This is a great game and a lot of fun and full of character.

I enjoyed this game immensely the first time I played it. And then all of a sudden, it got insanely difficult and frustrating. After one too many arbitrary deaths, I put the game down.

Love this game. It's difficult but refreshing to find a challenging game. Buy it! You won't regret it.

All I can say is: I want my money back. Don't waste your money on this. It gets boring. The company that made this has made better. And to the company that made this app, I'm sorry for my opinion. Its just that I've seen better.

ok so-- initially i gave this game a chance because of the gorgeous artwork but wasn't expecting much as far as gameplay & was especially wary of the $1.99 price tag (i mean really, flying around as a hot air balloon?) but it totally blew me away. 1. the artwork is fresh, completely amazing, well done, the backgrounds are beautifully crafted & integrated nicely into the gameplay, & is wonderfully themed. it reminds me a little of tim burton without being boring/played out. 2. the concept (while it seemed boring or like it wouldn't necessarily translate into an enthralling game) is so good! you fly around in this pretty balloon (which you can exchange for differently abled "brother" balloons as you progress throughout the game) collecting stars, blowing up mines/other enemy balloons; all the while navigating through these gorgeous labyrinthine cloud formations. the best part is that the game maintains a very comfortable level of casual because the balloon doesn't really go super fast so you sort of feel like you're meandering a bit. 3. the controls are really easy to get the hang of. your thumbs control the 2 circles on either side of the screen. left makes the balloon go left, right to go right, touch/hold both to rise, let go of both to descend. & the developers did a really good job of getting you use to the controls/gameplay through the tutorial levels (which didn't even feel like a tutorial). maze-like levels, blowing things up, collecting stars, beautiful game design/artwork-- rogue sky gives you the very best aspects of multiple genres. well worth the $1.99 & by far one of the best iOS titles out there right now (definitely in my top 5).

Really fun! Gorgeous backgrounds. Addicting gameplay. One of my new favorite iPad games!
