I got this app for my son in hopes to entertain him a bit while also educating him. Everything is locked. Not a single thing to do unless you purchase a subscription. Very stupid to even have the option of free if nothing is free. Will be deleting app.

I had just made an account and paid for a subscription and it won’t let me login because they are saying my email is no valid knowing that I put the right email I tried contacting but they still say invalid email made a new account and still saying invalid email

Apps are hard to log in to. Tends to give me an error message more often than not on my TV when trying to use the app. Smh

Babyfirst, I really wish newcomers didn’t have to pay a subscription to watch all but THREE of your videos. If you don’t, perhaps you could have AT LEAST one free-to-watch video on each of your shows.<br/><br/><br/>Moving on, I actually have a request for you: maybe you could add a BabyTV show, Mitch Match!<br/><br/>If you don’t know, Mitch Match was a show that aired on BabyTV from 2006 to 2020. Sweet story! I have been watching baby first since probably around 2015. Yes, I was 11. Yes, I’m an overgrown child. I listen to baby first when I’m sleeping sometimes. I think we might have either changed the app layout or my phone glitched the last time I downloaded this app, so I’m not sure what the problem was but hopefully it’s not an issue now that I downloaded it. Also, I wish they had some sort of archive where we could find old episodes of old shows. I remember when they still played squeak on their channel. I’m really showing my age. Lol.

The first time

When logging in on an android device it is not recognizing my subscription from my apple subscription
