There’s more ads than actual pins
I will be complaining about this update until you go back to what it was before. You had absolutely no reason to put the search bar at the bottom and to where I can only search something up if I’m already viewing the pin. You put the notifications at the Home Screen so every time I get a notification I have to leave the pin I was viewing. This whole update is extremely annoying and frustrating, you don’t make things between only worse on top of getting pins not even related to what I look at. Stop with the ai, stop with the constant ads, go back to what it was before and start listening to our complaints.

What once was a place of peace, a place of escape from the real world had now become a place of frustration, anxiety, and disappointment 😞 I long for the old days, when I could browse Pinterest for hours and be rewarded with beautiful photos made by real people. No I am bombarded left and right with the stench of Ai photos. While Pinterest has been kind enough to suggest a “less Ai” option when searching, I still am overwhelmed by something nearly worse…ads 😭😖 they’re overwhelming. Instead of scrolling on my phone, and seeing a glorious page full of aesthetic pins, I see ads of all kinds no matter how I try to change my settings. I fight honorably as I scroll, I hide them hoping that this might help…only to see that no matter how much I hide them they still can be seen once again on my Pinterest page. They haunt me, laughing at my failure. I cry for Pinterest. Knowing that they have sold out to greedy corporate hurts my soul. What once was a place of refuge has been soiled by shopping ads, movie promotions, and Ai. I salute 🫡 you Pinterest as I stand on the ship and we sink together.
I love this app<br/>I get great ideas and wallpapers from it.<br/>What I ABSOLUTELY HATE is the fact it takes me more than 20 minutes to look for what I want because there are so many ads rather than the thing I searched for. If there is a way to get rid of them so I can look for what I want that would be great. My younger brother also uses my Pinterest to look for K-pop wallpapers like me and sometimes the ads are really inappropriate.
Pinterest used to be my favorite app but now it’s just full of ads and AI and links to compilations.
