8 of 40They were very nice at check in and helped us get some laundry done, and totally helped us with our luggage all day long while we hung out on the beach on our last day before we headed to the airport. Super friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and beds/pillows comfy. Great place to stay at the beach.

I traveled to small islands throughout Thailand by myself and basically used Expedia for the entire life. Plus a little help from ChatGPT.
June I canceled my hotel reservation and received a cancellation confirmation number from Expedia but as of today, I have not received my refund to my AMEX card
The room was clean and decorated tastefully. A/C was great. Our only feedback is that the place gets very busy and the overnight guests don’t have any designated close parking. Most of the spaces up front are for handicapped parking and the rest is up for grabs. I think you should reserve some spaces for your overnight guests.
Cancellation policy is a scam. Impossible to get in touch with someone at the company within allotted time and was not able to get money back for guaranteed free cancellation. Expedia (with partner companies) is basically a monopoly now but avoid if you can.
I can be searching for a package and while scrolling through photos the app take me out and I have to start over
