The Passport Mobile app is the on-the-go resource for your Passport membership! Switch to map view to browse the discounts nearest to you or in proximity to your destination.

Unusable

by Mybrit1 · May 4, 2021

I registered my new card online then downloaded the app as suggested. The app asked for first 6 digits of card and email in order to log in. However, the first field for digits does not accept any entries and with the email only entered, I am unable to log in and use the app. Exploring the alternative methods did not help. I have no way of using the app. I am going to stop using the card and revert back to Apple rewards card.

Great variety & discounts, easy to use

by Heartmom1204 · June 18, 2025

Fantastic discounts on a wide variety of services, entertainment and dining options! Have been using regularly for the past couple of years and have especially used it to try out new restaurants and shows/venues. Easy to use. Just have to remember to review the specific rules of the offers that apply, especially definitions of holidays, restricted dates or items. Mine includes the ability to have family members sign up as well. Definitely worth using!

Cannot register

I am trying to register using an activation code, however after entering all the information and clicking Register, it says “Country is required” but there is no where to select or enter a country, so I can’t register.

App does not show card to get discount at restaurants

Avoid wasting your time with this app for dining. The app does not show the card when checking in for a discount, rendering the program useless for in-person dining

Crashes after last update

by Voicerocking · March 20, 2023

This app normally works okay but since the update last week, it crashes every time I search for something. I have to manually type in the entire name and can’t select anything from the auto-populating drop-down menu or it crashes. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and still have the same problem. Please fix!
