07 April 2025: I am not sure what or why Grace Cloud has chosen to shove their Sound Prism Apps to the wayside in 2022. I still have them because they are INFINITELY more useful than the downgrade to Audanika which lacks the range of Sound Prism apps.

I see this downgrade as an action to put a music learning tool in the hands of children and having to pay for songs as extortionary when they do not seem to be added to. Thankfully, SoundPrism apps still work on iPadOS 18.5 despite Grace Cloud stating that the apps will no longer be supported after 2022.

Wake up, Grace Cloud !!. You are killing a good and very usable music tool in order to squeak out mony on a child’s dummy downed music tool with jukebox capability. What a freaking shame!
This program works great on my ipad 3. I like it. I recently got an Iphone 7 plus and I downloaded it for my phone. However, when I played the first few notes the speakers made a weird crackle sound and I lost my sound on the phone. No sound at all for any apps or ringer. The only way to get it back was to reboot my phone. Tried it twice and same problem occured. I Removed it from phone. Again works great on ipad.
I donno if the dev reads these reviews or would be interested in adding any new feature requests. But this app allows me to control my piano app, and makes me play like a concert pianoist, seriously.

Except there is a couple things I can't do which would be so easy with this app, if I could change the way it behaves...

Edit: I got mozaic, which allowed me to write a custom midi script to control the midi output from soundprism. With both apps, I can make soundprism have any arpeggios I want. Very happy!
Update please! Thanks!
I synced this up to a Windows 7 machine to Ableton 9.2.1 using my comcast wireless network and am able to control with virtually no latency! No adhoc network needed!

You will need to download "rtpMIDI" to make it work but it is a very easy setup
Only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because I haven’t been able to see how it interfaces with other apps or DAW’s,...yet. I can’t get off playing with it long enough to do so. This is creative as H! Just when I thought apps on iOS were starting to slow down on creativity, straight up WOW! 🤩

Ok forget it, I’m giving 5 unofficial stars down here for right now, when I finally get to interfacing,...officially 5!
