I’ve been using this APP for years and loved it! It was perfect…then someone decided to “fix it” and now it’s almost (is) unusable! First, when you click on a login item to check it out, the app closes the item automatically in half-a-second…so fast I can’t even read it. (2) I like to alphabetize my entries, and it used to do that. Now the lettered tabs are gone, and when I do alphabetize, it automatically reverts back to what ever sort (almost random) it wants to. (3). I’ve tried to write the help desk multiple times but the app doesn’t seem to actually be sending the trouble ticket, but just does nothing or freezes up. (4). This has been a minor, but ongoing issue for years. You used to be able to customize your icons for different groups, and it still offers that. However, whenever I do set up a custom icon, it never sticks…just goes back to the default. Not a big deal, but still…. Bottom line, until they fix the “automatic” close on items and the alphabetizing issues, I can’t use this!!! PLEASE FIX!! Once fixed….I’ll give it a 5 star.

I’ve had this for years from the very beginning now I can’t save passwords. I can’t delete old passwords what is going on and every time I send a question for help I’m not getting it. Please help because when it works it’s a 10 all the way around.

The idb data sync does not work between devices via airdrop. While the file is dropped to the target device, the import tab does not show the new file. This used to work in earlier versions.

I’ve used this app for years without any issue. Seems it was “upgraded” recently which now doesn’t allow me to see the passwords anymore because it won’t stay open for more than 1 second. It’s useless at this point until they fix it.

FINALLY after 3 months of inability to use my iPad version, Everything seems to work again and no data was lost. Also now has option on right side with up arrow to Go directly to website login page with name and PW inserted for simple login to website with one click! Plus, NOW I can access the “Print ALL category” feature as advertised by tapping the three lines in the upper left hand corner…and a drop down menu of “3 View Items” opens! I submitted my request to support and on the APP page several times but it was never published. I’ve tried to get “help” via the support option but no response and no other way to make contact with developers? So finally it was fixed…so THANKS and now this is a super app!

I have had the free version of this for years. Loved it. However 2 months ago it started closing the individual pages right after opening so I can’t access my pw. I downloaded the file of info and purchased the “upgraded” version to upload my data into and the same thing happens. <br/><br/>I have over 100 pw stored and I cannot access any of them and to make matters worse, I have tried to contact support multiple times and I get NO response. <br/><br/>So frustrating.

Works well When apple pushed out IOS 15.2.1 it wiped out my passwords. I had to start over. Will not stay open so I can see or edit passwords

Thank you- it’s working now!<br/><br/>Still broken -Version 15.32 On my iPad iOS 15.6.1 Works fine on iPhone Can’t export to CVS file _______ and the main screen now has a side bar, with the favorites listed In side bar and the sub options are in the right screen That’s ok, But, When I select -&gt; (example) websites My list shows in chronological order, Then I sort alphabetically Then choose my selected website for pw info etc, The right screen briefly shows my information needed -&gt; then the right window closes, back to the Websites list in chronological order Even though the Alphabetical option is checked Fix the right window to stay open - so I can edit my passwords and other info When selecting in Settings -&gt; select favorites— instantly closes the app
