This program does not work. It has no help file. It does not tell or advise what service port number to use. The url string they suggest to use also doesn't load. I am not impressed with this product since I am not able to get past the settings box. Waste of money, no matter the price.
It's a useful app. Get the media files without the USB.
If you are having difficulties getting your iPhone found by your PC, this is a decent app to download pictures and iPhone movies. It couldn't find a movie I had received from IM and saved to the Camera Roll. I guess it does not work with all formats.
Had trouble getting this to allow me to save videos using safari, but when used with Firefox works very well. Leaving settings blank worked best. If you enter settings that cause a conflict it is best to delete and reinstall app.
Crashes constantly upon opening, will not connect to my laptop as advertised. Total rip off.
Could not download any photos or videos. Simply doesn't work. What a rip off.
