Объясните фразу: малооблачно, дождь, гроза. Не можете? Я вам переведу: дождь с грозой целый день. Как может быть малооблачно, когда целый день дождь? спросите вы, а вот это должен разработчик ответить, так как он не с китайского переводит на автомате в гугле.
