8 of 25After the poor new website, SQ now even beat that by launching this app. Terribly slow and useless. And then there is a second app called 'SQ mobile'. Same crap and incomplete. SQ really has a problem with their geek department.
I could not use it at all!
The message pop-up once and again to tell me I imputed wrong photo number, are you support Chinese's number??? And app crashed!!!
i have tried several times within the last year to attempt to set up the account. It asked fir my number and i input it and says wrong info. I check my profile on a pc and has the info that i am trying to input. When i am in transit in singapore, still same issue. Lets go Singapore Airlines, nerd more work on the app.
I have tried multiple times to log in using my KrisFlyer number and it won't do it. I cannot check or manage an existing booking which is the only reason I would like the app! To receive updates on an existing reservation.
Other than the front page, the app just does not work. Any browser would outperform the app anyday
0 star. Spend some of the money and make an acceptable App.
I can confirm that my 4 year old daughter can do a better jobs than the nerds @ SQ. This application is just horrible in every way imaginable.
