8 of 25I fell in love with it when I first downloaded the free version. The free version is very useful, but this is one of those rare apps that I liked so much I bought the pro version. It adds emailing the sound file to any computer among other things. A major update added features and works great with iPhone 6+ / iOS 8.2. I love how true the images are to their originals, even in less-than-perfect conditions at lower sample rates, like those used in a telephone. The linear/logarithmic switch actually changes how the picture is transmitted and helps emphasize the high (harder to receive) frequencies and hence detail. The possibilities are limitless to be able to send pictures by sound--put it in music--disguise (conceal) it with the "noise" feature (great for a short message or symbol). The moving spectrogram is pretty awesome, as birds, whistles, cats and everyday sounds reveal distinct images (which you can save). This app is sophisticated and unique. Kudos to the programmer! A+
I really hope this app still has support. I don’t know if there are any others out there like this. I especially like the frequency selection so I don’t blow ears out. But I have some cool ideas for this. I’ve been messing around with a lot of random sounds to just to see what comes out of it.
I downloaded this a couple years ago and really liked it. However, I have problems today. My iPad Mini on iOS 7 crashes after selecting a photo and on my iPod Touch running iOS 8, none of the buttons do anything. It would be nice if...
crashes when attempting to share sounds or load images
Very very very cool.
This app is great it has many things you can’t do with other paid spectrogram apps, and it lets you put pictures into your sound then send it to people. Really wished this app got more attention, it really deserves it.
Please add a way to save settings <br/>Thanks
I write very, very few reviews. This app is one of the most visually impressive demonstrations of how data can be transmitted wirelessly I have ever seen. My professor used it in my engineering seminar to great effect.
