I order through this app occasionally, tonight my order came with a large drink that was completely empty and spilled inside my bag when it was delivered to my house. I have tried contacting support. If I don’t receive a refund for my drink I will never buy again

Since a few updates ago the app can’t locate any stores if I’m using WiFi. Disable WiFi and it works just fine. <br/> iOS 18.7.2 with latest version of app installed July 9, 2026. Not using VPN. <br/> Besides the WiFi issue, I like the app overall. I use it to place orders just before arriving at the store. (No delivery in my area)

I’ve used the app a few times and it works great. Easy to use and each of the places I’ve used it has gone smoothly.

they told me that they couldnt delivery my item to my front door bc its invalid??! they also dont have any restaurants around me like why typa service is this im hungry n i got kids to feed please do sum n fix it-wrote in korean

Always get store wrong even when outside.

If you have an issue with delivery (ie missing, wrong products, damaged) this app will not help at all or mediate or compensate. You are expected to do that all yourself with store - if possible. This is not the expectation with food delivery services.

Just Awesome!!! First time ordering on this app &amp; received order in under 30 minutes!!! Everything was hot &amp; delicious!!! I loved the delivery tracking method to my front door showing time &amp; movement all the way!!! Kudos to prep crew &amp; manager of Higashiyamamoto McDonald’s restaurant!!!
