8 of 25Hi developers, Thank you for the wonderful job for this tracking app. It works perfectly in the past, but it stopped working after the version update a couple days ago. (Nothing happened after clicking the app; no any page displayed)
UPDATE: See all my updates below. Still remains I can’t restore purchases I already made for functionality already paid for. Devs completely unresponsive. Moved to another app with a sub plan that gave me the details up front. Hopefully they won’t take functionality I already paid for. UPDATE: I see the devs did not take my response to their behavior toward those that supported the original app seriously. Deleting and moving to another weight tracking app. Yes, it’ll be a paid subscription, because I don’t mind them when I feel I’m getting the benefit and a valued customer. But I prefer honesty to betrayal. You can see my review on their practices below. UPDATE: This app sits in a category called “Useless” on my phone now. Until the devs restore the functionality I bought, won’t support for any further “updates and improvements”. 🙄 UPDATE: I bought the ability to use the features of this app (as in bought, not rented) probably a year or so ago. Many of the features, if not all, of the new sub model were included. I used this app faithfully whenever I had to shed some pounds. Most recently, I decided to use it again in order to get off some weight that has accumulated once again. But, now there’s a sub model for what I bought already? That’s crazy and I feel betrayed (screwed, whatever...). I far more respect devs that continue to offer the model you paid for along with a sub model that they make updates to in order to woo you to the new sub model. Even if they no longer support updates to the older app, they respect and value their older customers enough to not flip them the bird and actually let the customers that initially supported their app with their dollars decide what’s best for them moving forward. That’s a much better RELATIONSHIP model from customer to supplier. Kudos to app devs like YNAB that executed better practices when they switched. Furthermore, who’s to say whatever money I drain after being forced to subscribe won’t be money down the drain once again as soon as a newer model of charging customers emerges? This practice of ripping former paid customers needs to stop.
Like the title says, the app is great but the customer support is contracted to a 3rd party (Zendesk) which does not respond. I got locked out of my app for two days waiting for the third-party to get back to me and get me back into my app. I finally figured the issue out on my own but it’s now three days later and the third-party still has not contacted me for support. I would not get the paid version of this app until they get their customer service fixed.
I love the app and would rate higher it it appears many of the calculations are off anyone else noticed this issue? Looks like it’s been a while since any updates were done? Other than that would have rated higher.
This is an excellent tool to keep me motivated and losing weight! It has an extensive database & scans. Terrific choice for busy people who track.
Since the latest update this app will not open. Very frustrating. A great app prior to this update. Please fix!
Have lost tons of weight with this app but it crashes upon opening now
When it is syncing to Apple health the water is syncing to the wrong date.
