Latest IPhone XS update keeps saying update needed and already updated. No updated in the App Store at all. Just says open. App is useless now.
I’ve tried to reset the password 3 times and I’ve yet to receive the email to allow it. I’ve checked spam, promotions, and my primary email, and it’s in none of those categories.
launches and says “app update required”. I have the latest version of the app. Reinstall and reboot does nothing. I assume the app is broken because I have an iphone13 on ios18.7.2?
Can’t change store locations-when attempting to, “Retry” keeps appearing and cannot search other locations. Also, Active Offers and redeeming points is frustratingly difficult to find. Please fix these parts of the app !!
So you need to update the iPhone in order to use the app or it will not work. Because of this I am canceling the pro membership. Game stop is drowning due to low sales, and bad business strategies. This explains the level of intelligence the leaders have in this company. Don't bother buying stock from them either.
