8 of 15App hasn’t worked in over a year
Hands down the worst app of all time. It's so buggy but for some reason they can't get it together and straighten it out ever. Additionally their content changing things to delivery only is such a scam.
Every time Kroger changes the app, it takes me at least a couple of weeks to figure it out. The latest version allows very limited searching for items or for ecupons. And there other problems. The app is a disaster.
This is not the first update that has broken the shopping list feature, and it’s becoming incredibly frustrating. Every time the app is updated, something that previously worked well seems to stop functioning properly.

A previous update broke the aisle organization and caused the list to glitch every time I checked an item off. Now, the latest update is duplicating items in my list and won’t let me remove the duplicates, making the feature unreliable and much more difficult to use.

The shopping list is one of the most useful parts of the Kroger app, but constant regressions like this make it harder to rely on. Instead of adding new changes that introduce bugs, please focus on restoring the functionality that already worked. At this point, I would much rather have the older version of the shopping list back than continue dealing with new issues after every update.

Please prioritize stability and quality testing before releasing updates. Customers depend on this feature every week, and repeatedly breaking core functionality creates a frustrating experience.
I don’t like this app. I don’t find it to be visually friendly; too much chaos as soon as you open it. I was attempting to refill a prescription here and it does not easily allow you to do so and makes it nearly impossible to keep your “health/ prescriptions” attached to your Kroger account so there is no ease in using it. I will not be using Kroger medication/ pharmacy because of this and will go back to Walgreens. Also- very inconsistent because they sometimes will text you re: prescriptions and other time you don’t hear anything. Healthcare is about compassion and consistency and Kroger not only drops the ball with those things but also their technology.
The list function is completely ruined. It won’t uncheck all items, you hit the button and it does one at a time. If you do actually get it, but say you check something and need to uncheck it, it checks everything else off and you start over. It’s so slow. Something so basic and has become practically unusable over 2026
I used the pick up shopping list for years. I can’t seem to have good success with it for about a year now. I have never had a problem with Walmart, as you can search for any item you want. And cancel it if you want. I can’t seem to make an order and even find what I want. It is like picking your way thru a obstacle course designed to overly push certain items. I’m done with it. Walmart is so much easier. I am not a sheep. I don’t want to be herded.

I’ve had some really nasty experiences with the bathroomshowever the line staff was wonderfulat the waupaca store. Nasty, no changing station, dirty, old, booths and fixtures. I was even accidenly locked in a booth, and they didn’t have tools, so they made no. .
attempt to get me out. I had to crawl under the side of the booth, not an easy job at 87. No apology, no canof soda maybe. I get the feeling they really look at customers as dumb sheep with cash. Contempt was my impression. Line staff was kind and did their best
Would you PLEASE hire someone who knows how to build a workable app??????? Every “update” continues to make it thoroughly unusable. List loses its sorting after removing an item, aisles are not listed when list is shared via email, can’t search from within a list, and so on. It’s absolute junk programmed by a toddler.
