CNBC Real-Time for iPad

Several times a minute the video will either hang and I have to restore the page or the sound turns off and I have to hit the speaker icon to turn it back on. That means I miss a lot of the information. <br/>This happens on the web app and on the iOS app. <br/>This morning I couldn’t get the Investing Club Morning Meeting to work at all. That’s usually where I get the most information about the stock market. <br/>I can’t find customer service links anymore on the app or the website.

I am a blind user. Yes I have the latest iOS as of this writing and all that. For a while now, I get their notifications, but if I click on it… It will not read me the article. The screen freezes. It hasn’t read a single letter to me with the voiceover turned on for months now! <br/>I can’t even do that thing where I do the rotor for blind users where you could turn the screen recognition on and off. Sometimes with some apps that might do stuff… Not with this one! <br/>If you are blind… You can’t use it… The end!<br/><br/>Considering they are supposed to be accessible for people like me and considering that they’re competitors like Bloomberg is perfectly accessible for me… Not cool!

Under Commodities, the entire Metals prices are missing. Does anyone else have this problem?

App will not allow log in if you are using an ipad pro

Article content and charts have not been loading for the last week.

CNBC gets worse with each upgrade :( Get Pro, join Club, Ad overload!

The robustness of the app is unsatisfactory for live streaming (not a function of connection quality). Sometimes works, sometimes it will not run. Customer service’s suggestions for a fix also do not work. The old app worked well and consistently. Suggestion: CNBS should revert back to old version of the app!
