Omaha Steaks Steak Time

I’ve bought Omaha steaks a number of times. I’m always thrilled when my shipment arrives. When I saw they had an app was excited to see what it offered. Big disappointment. Shopping is clunky. The “cook” section is useless. It calculates cook times for grilling only, even when you’ve selected other methods. There are several videos but they aren’t searchable and since they are ordered according to posting date, it’s not possible to find what you’re looking for. Using the webpage from your phone is more manageable and ChatGPT can help you find what you’re actually looking for. Pretty big disappointment.

Will never let me check out. Keeps just circling back. I tried it a few weeks ago and gave up and tonight I give up again …. DELETED!

I’ve used this app for the steak timer/cooking guides for 5 years. <br/><br/>With the new update, I can’t see a correct timer for a sear/roasted steak. I select the sear/roast option, select the cut and thickness, then when I tap “calculate cook time” it takes me to the “Grill” instructions. Thanks a lot.

I ordered an order over $300 on memorial day and i was supposed to receive 16 free burgers. I also started a subscription which includes 4 free burgers. I was not sent any burgers and the customer service said i must have chosen not to recieve the 16 and theres nothing they can do. then i asked about the 4 included with a subscription and they said yes that was a deal earlier in the day that i ordered but then it ended later that day and he remembers that it ended before i ordered, haha yeah i bet you remember that!🤥 anyway it says 100% guaranteed but im not satisfied so i guess that is a lie too. the food is good but its also really expensive so ill give it 2 stars this time. i recommend you screen shot your orders for proof of everything because they wont help you if they dont get it right.

I was really looking forward to using this app. I can not sign in. I am being told my password is incorrect. So I changed it and still getting the same message. I kept getting asked for my username where the email line was. I certainly hope the designers can fix this soon. V

The app unless you sit and watch does not alert you to flip and remove times loud enough. Almost useless.
