8 of 25I’ve been trying to check out for 2 weeks now and every time I go to the cart, it freezes my whole app. I tried deleting and reinstalling several times, but it still doesn’t work. I might just get what I want on Ulta instead, at least I could check out on there. I might also just delete this app for good because I need storage and it’s not like it’s working anyways.
The app is dysfunctional. I can and add items to my cart, but then when I go to my cart the app freezes and prevents me from changing quantities or checking out or using rewards/coupons or proceeding to checkout. The page is frozen and also prevents scrolling. This has been happening for several weeks, which causes me to make purchases from other apps, such as ULTA.

Currently cannot place an order online. Once I get to the payment screen it freezes and won’t allow me to proceed.
spent years saving up points just tried to redeem 750 sold out imediatley I went to checkout at 12 and it glitched absolutely ridiculous and tbh a total rip off that no one talks about
I spent an hour trying to figure out how to order a 20 dollar item it took 3 different accounts creation attempts for me to get free shipping and I had to enter 3 different credit cards information to order my product will not be purchasing from here again unless loving girlfriend wants something cool

I’ve returned to my Carr multiple times and it is frozen. I cannot check out my cart. I’ve checked my phone, reboot, etc. Cart is still frozen and I cannot make a purchase. This renders the app not usable for shopping.
