Every time I open the app I’m logged out and have to log in again. Notifications will not stop coming despite me opting out more than once. Shopping in the app is really outdated and frustrating. You can click the same category and get different results every time, within minutes. Entirely different. Not just slightly different. The Amazon log in freezes every time I use it. I’ve all but given up using this app.
Love to shop on the app, but it asks me to sign in again every time I relaunch it!! Annoying!
With the latest update, I’m no longer able to search for multiple shoe categories at one time, which is really disappointing. If I want to search for heels and flats at the same time, for example, I can’t do that now when it was never a problem before and it was one of the things I really loved about using the filters for.
The extended sizes after 14 are cutoff and unable to be selected in the filter menu
One thing that I really enjoyed about this app was the cute little feature of raining cats down the screen when I shake my iPad. Why did they take this out recently?
It’s been awhile since I used the app, but Zappos used to have particularly good features that they seem to have stripped. You used to be able to clearly see sliders showing whether customers thought shoes ran big/small/wide/etc. Now you have to tap into a separate screen and can only see what percentage thought the shoes were true to size—not whether they felt bigger or smaller. They also seem to have gotten rid of the videos showing people actually wearing the shoes, which I always found useful, and they also used to have a separate section where you could see customer-submitted photos. Now you have to tap through individual reviews to find ones with photos. There also used to be an option to filter for things you didn’t want (like to choose “Not Blue” for color), but that also seems to be gone. This has all made the shopping experience worse than it used to be and makes me less inclined to use Zappos, which is disappointing.
Used to love Zappos. Not sure how long the insane sign in process has been in place, but no thank you! Deleting the app.
