Report an issueThe classic and wildly popular Discovery Cannon Challenge web browser and iPhone game has been fully re-imagined and updated for the iPhone and iPad! Your NLOS tank is now set in beautifully rendered 3D environments. You’ll need to calculate not only the velocity and elevation of your shots to hit the enemy targets, but also consider the rotation of your turret as you blast your way through nine dangerous missions. Intelligent enemies will advance and fire back, so you will have to either use your shields or pivot to cover points to avoid fire. Be mindful of your shot count and allied drops that provide power-ups like shields, additional types of weapons and more. Features of the Cannon Challenge II include: - 3D rendered environments - Tank turret rotation for more accurate targeting - Player tanks can move or use shields for avoiding incoming fire - Intelligent enemies move and shoot back - Power-up rewards include shields, ammunition and more - Use of Gyroscope (iPhone 4) or Accelerometer to look throughout environment - Stunning graphics optimized for iPhone 4 Retina Display - Scoring posted to leaderboards - Post your score to Facebook and Twitter - In-game soundtrack or choose your own music background - Randomized enemy placement on each play

8 of 25I had such a great time playing this game. The levels are challenging, and have just enough variation from one to the next that I kept on playing to see where I'd end up next. I found myself obesssing for hours playing with elevation and force variable to see if I could do 'trick shots.' Definately a worth while buy!
Paid four bucks for the game last week and it continually locks up. Decided to reload and it now wants to recharge me four bucks. This is not fair. Help me out here! Please!
Fun but very limited should be a freebie.
I enjoyed the original version of this game on the iPhone. That one was a little too easy. I could often guess the right velocity and angle on the first try. This new version is so much better. Its lots bigger and very challenging. Looks great on the iPad. The camera movement is a bit more limited than I would like, which adds to the difficulty. It's still lots of fun.
I needed a game to help me get my mind off of homework and this fit the bill perfectly. This app lets me listen to my own music so I was listening to some metal while going after the enemy. It distracted me from doing my philosophy homework so I give it 5 stars for that and for being fun. My favorite was shooting cluster bombs...wish I had more to shoot every enemy with!
Pretty app but gameplay very weak. Often, you can be off by a single digit in either velocity or elevation and miss. Since turret rotation is also precise, any one of 3 variables can be only slightly off and you get a miss. Discouraging. But the worst is probably the incredibly weak voice acting. The same phrase is repeated constantly and you can't turn it off. Makes playing the game unpleasant. Very uninteresting with nice graphics. Removing it today.
Fun game with great graphics, but I finished the whole game in 15 minutes. There are only about 10 levels in this version.... I would give it 1 star, but it is actually fun, just very short... More levels... 5 stars...
Constant crashes... CONSTANT!!!!!!!!!
