Not happy with app at all. Limited info. Looking for specifications (size) couldn't find any. In market for replacement DW and this app was a waste of time. I'll probably buy another Whirlpool.
I was told this app would allow wireless diagnostics between our washer and Sears diagnosticians.<br/><br/>First, the type size is so small as to be unreadable.<br/><br/>Second, after clicking around for five minutes, I found no way to make such a connection.<br/><br/>MAJOR fail!!!
Only 5-6 items shown. No searches of current products. Minimal information. Just useless and I like Kenmore. Too bad!
The app looks awesome, and the user interface is easy. I have two problems with the app. First, the product videos will play for me, but without sound. (Yes, I checked the volume on my phone. I also tried with headphones.) Second, I was hoping for more product specifications, like dimensions, weight, etc. If those things were better, I would've given this app 4 or 5 stars.
