The best
Needs to reset email/phone on account but I dont have the password.
Tried to do forgot password and its sending the code to my old phone number, they give you no way to update it or prove you are the owner of the acc., and have no real customer support. I stopped using snapchat for the lack of customer support,, so IG I can just stop using this too.
i can’t get notes
i upgraded it but don’t have notes .
Cannot make a collaborative post.
I made my account a professional account over a week ago. Finished all of the steps. And have been public for over two years. I used to be able to make collaborative posts when the feature originally came out. Now when I try to make a collaborative post the option doesn’t even show up. I’ve been reporting it in the app every single day for a week and nothing has changed. Please fix this.

very very laggy on the camera. camera will randomly take pictures when you open app. Has gotten so bad I don’t even use it anymore. and I’m on iOS 16.2 iPhone 13 Pro Max Plus….
Weird
There’s a weird vibration that feels like “notification” when you use instagram, but there nothing on the phone. I already confirmed this. It never happens with other apps, only with instagram and it has been happening for a while now. Probably since 4-5 updates ago. I contacted apple but they said it’s not the phone, but an app causing this and as i said it only happens when im using instagram.
Fixing issues isnt your priority
My business location suddenly disappeared from this app and I’ve reached out so many times for help to get it repaired and NO response. I guess if you don’t pay for all the nickel and dime services then you aren’t on any priority list. Disappointing
