8 of 25Absolutely do not use this version!!! This version will send your "resume" to employers without you even choosing to apply. My profile wasn't complete, my resume wasn't uploaded and now a hiring manager at a company I was interested in has only my my name and phone number. Not a very good 1st impression!
This app is not a user friendly at all
I can't find a way to edit my resume. The dates are all mixed up, nothing is in order and it is not up-to-date. According to my resume I've got six different jobs at the same time! Please either change your app, or tell me how I can edit my resume.
I'd give negative stars if I could. The searches provide jobs completely unrelated to the key words or criteria that I use. Most of all the filter doesn't work. I live in Phoenix and when I filter my search results for anything within 20 or 30 miles I get jobs as far away as Boston and Pennsylvania. These issues have existed since I downloaded the app more than two years ago and the developer has shown no interest or attempt to fix it. I'm deleting it off my phone.
The search feature does not work correctly. It doesn't matter what you type in for a keyword or position title it just pulls all jobs based on the geographic location.
Do not download this app. Scammers will have your contact info if you choose to upload a resume. Since signing up, I have received tons of out of area calls, along with voicemails from people with foreign accents trying to lure me into telemarketing, internet type jobs. Also endless spam e-mail. Unfortunately, once you sign up, you can't delete your account (though you can remove your resume). Also, the job ads aren't great, more suspicious posts than anything.
It doesn't really seem to matter what you search it constantly has jobs that have nothing to do with your job search.
I changed my filters repeatedly thinking the reason my responses were so wrong had something to do with how I set the program up. Over and over I would receive alerts for completely inaccurate jobs with my specific job absolutely no where in the search. As an occupational therapist I can understand getting results for massage therapists or physical therapists but Monster wanted me to apply for truck driving jobs. Believe me you do NOT want me driving a huge truck! This app is useless. LinkedIn is MUCH better with more hits and is much more accurate.
