One of worst staff across all airlines. Forced me to unnecessarily check in my cabin baggage even when there was plenty of space of on the airplane
If I have my VPN turned on, the app constantly gives me errors, even when I’m doing things that should not require my location like adding a trip to my account. I don’t know why Delta needs to scrape more data from me, but I don’t like it.
I added my Known Travelers number in the Delta app but it didn’t update the Delta website accordingly. I now must go to the front desk to correct my boarding pass.
I have several hours before my flight and I can’t login. Not in app or on website. Customer support is dead silent. Nice…
Non-responsive. Frequent backtracking. Navigation on home page cluttered with adverts, unclear where to go. Could not get the app to put boarding pass into wallet, first few tries my confirmation boarding pass never showed up (20 hours before my flight) When it did finally show up 18 hours prior would not go into the wallet, after several attempts. Had to finally get a live Delta Rep to obtain what I needed.
Delta is an awful company and its app is just as bad as the rest of it. The app constantly freezes and inundates you with notifications if you don’t turn them off immediately. Don’t use Delta, and don’t use their app.
Been trying to book a return flight for about a month. App never allows me past “Find Flights” button. I have other airlines to check as well as the delta website but the app has been useless.
