Watch the fluid flow around obstacles.
Tap the blue button to bring application controls, letting you choose between particles or smoke rendering, and between different models. Interact with the fluid via single or mutli-touch.
Fluid motion is computed by solving Navier-Stokes equations, at high definition (15000 particles moving in a simulation grid of 19000 cells on ipad) thanks to a well-optimized code taking the most out of CPU performance.
Warning! **** Our demanding physics engine uses advanced processor features, the app runs best on iPad, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and iPod touch 3rd generation. It will run on older devices but with lower resolution and frame rates ! ****

8 of 24That app was a waste of 5 minuets
This made me so calm during hurricane irene!
I can't do a thing on it, all I get to do is watch the car's air flow, don't waste your time with it.
Is there any way to make it as a background on your iphone. That would be awsome
I didn't realize you could make these simulations on an iPad. I am very impressed.
I can't get it to do anything. My fiancé has it on his iPad, I had it on my phone. But it won't do anything. No menu, no movement, nothing. Definitely needs to be fixed. I really like this app for the iPad because my 3 month old daughter loves looking at the colors. really disappointed...
I don't like that you can't draw what you want.
I am teaching people to fly a paraglider and it has become a helpful tool to make my students understand rotor and mechanical turbulence as well as how an airfoil works. Love it!
