8 of 25Been using your data app via iOS for years. A fresh update for the app would be a blessing. It’s always been so accurate, cellular & Wi-Fi. After a little iOS 13 touch up, it would definitely go live. =]
The help link takes you to an unsecured page, so you’re out of luck.
Is the app abandoned?
Not very accurate
I set my billing cycle to reset in the 14th of every month. The just app reset my data usage about 2 hours ago and today is the 18th of January! And yes my date is set correctly on my phone so hence why the app gets 1 Star and the app also gets deleted off my phone since they like to track my location!
the features are buggy and inaccurate, even after upgrading to the pro version with another payment. Plus there is no way to contact the developer and the developer’s website doesn’t exist...

And what’s the difference between the Pro Upgrade of this app and the Data Usage Pro app?
I set the alarm for all level and it failed all. I have to change to another app. I can not find the customer support
Charges even for free version without consent
It used to keep track of my data but thi month it didn’t earn me that my Wi-Fi was off and that I was using my data. I had to open the app and then it refreshed the stats. Also, it didn’t seem to be in sync with my billing cycle.
