Simply the worst, most useless airline app I've ever used. A perfect companion to TG's useless website. Nice work, TG.
This app is embarrassing for Thai Airways. It is barely functional.
If I could give this app a negative number I would. Does not even show the flight number of a plane that is taxiing to the gate. Some things just never change. The app is completely useless.
Thai Airways and app/web developers should be ashamed. I downloaded this app because their official website doesn't work on iOS 10 Safari (can't book the flights), and this app doesn't solve any issues I encountered. Please guys, invest some money on your IT/website/mobile systems, it's 2017 for Christ's sake!

Thought I would give this a try since I have a flight coming up with the airline. Wasn’t able to find my flight, even with all the necessary information. Seems like App Design 101 kind of stuff to me. Pretty fundamental detail to leave off.
This app is an embarrassment to Thai. It can be used to check in for your flight, but it doesn't have any of the features you would expect from an airline app. Where is my itinerary? What's the current status of my flight?
