Needs to be improved

It lists restaurants, hotels, attractions, museums, train station on one list. Needs to have a categorized view or color coding. Your "favs" don't stand out on the list thus you'll have to look through the list carefully to see which ones were your favs. This app is simple to add and log places, but too simple to organize the data you put in.

Love the sharing and categorization updates

The new features to categorize places and to share an itinerary are very useful. Makes it easy to stay in sync with friends..

Wonderful

Any time someone recommends a restaurant or place, it goes in trip doc. Any time I read about something new the I didn't know, it goes in trip doc. Honestly, everyone should have this.

Fixes a problem

by Pit Stops for Kids · February 11, 2011

I didn't even realize I had! As a travel blogger with Pit Stops for Kids, I travel frequently with my family. I'm also highly organized, which meant I had notes and lists everywhere, including on my phone, but never all in one place, and never with a map (using Googlemaps makes my head hurt). This app fixed the problem and we'll use it all the time now!

Awesome spatial planning app

Everything I have been looking for. I use it to document new restaurants to try and awesome places I have been in my own town. It allows me to "remember" these places when in that area and looking for food. Allows different icons, ratings, notes, map filters, your location, if you have been indicator...amazing! Extremely useful for planning trips in new cities. Research where you want to go ahead of time and use it keep a spatial reference.

Great App

Just what I needed for my trip planning. Great concept and has worked well to plan my upcoming trip. Now if only it could stop crashing. Also plz add feature to "Drop Pin". Maybe the ability to schedule an itinerary as well. App developers hope u r reading my comment.

Great App!

I have recently moved and am constantly being bombarded with restaurant recommendations. This App is perfect! Allows me to enter them and "hopefully" get to them! I have seen comments about no documentation, etc... I will be honest, I was using the PC Web interface. So far, no issues, everything I have written on scraps of paper has auto transfered to my phone. My one wish (at this time)... is to go beyond just the one star. I would like to rate the restaurants I visit with 4 or 5 stars. Maybe even a separate area from notes as to when you have visted the restaurant. I am using notes for, 1. Rating, 2. Hours, 3. Visits. Would be nice to separate those out into fields where ratings could be sortable. Highly recommended! (LOL - and no - have no affiliation, relation, etc with developers)

Great app

This really helps you get organized before a trip. I like it because it is so easy to use...you read about a place that you want to go and pop it in. Most of the places that I have put in are found when searched. You can keep a wish list of all of the places that you want to try. The map feature makes things really easy to find. It took my a while to find an app where I could record what I wanted to do instead of using others' suggestions and this is perfect for that.
