I really like it it’s the best way to know where you family members are, work very good

When I first got this app, it was very helpful in keeping track of my teenage driver. But all of a sudden it stopped recording any of the driving information it stopped giving me any reports. My son is leaving the house sometimes twice a day. And it’s telling me that he has had zero driving and over a month now. When I contacted the app Support, they told me they knew the app had been down. They were working on it, but they had no idea when it would be back online and working properly. I’ve sent them a message every week since my first message to them and so far nothing in return. I’m paying for gold membership and I’ve not been able to track my teenage driver for about a month now. Yet they post they’ve done updates and it’s supposed to fix bugs, etc. etc. but the app is not working. And Customer Service is not helping out. So I’m highly disappointed. I’m paying for a service that I’m not getting. They’re not telling me any time that I can expect for it to be working properly. A Company that sells an app. And charges for a service, knows that the app is down and has no idea when it will be back up and working is absurd.

My boyfriend uses this app because he knows I live in not the safest neighborhood. But the worst part of the app is that it doesn’t work when I have no wifi. My bf went out and it said he was at home so I went to his house but he wasn’t their. I called and no answer I was scared and turns out I got a very late notification that he was in a car crash.

I think this is a good app for people in healthy relationships because I can see how if I had this in my last toxic one the millions of evil ways this could have been used and twisted against me as a control thing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - healthy relationships and 0 stars literally anyone else I don’t even think people should be spying on their kids but to each their own. I asked my husband for this because at the time we lived in different states and my job moved to a new area that was not the safest place I like the 🆘 option and the car wreck auto option and if you need insurance I think they offer it but you need their specific tag for your pet I would give it 6 stars if it could somehow use my AirTag on my dog ⭐️💜
