Buy this app. Travel to Italy. Use this app. Miss wedding ceremony the u flew thousands of miles to see. It would have been better to not find Santa Margherita than to be led to the wrong location

First stumble block is that it doesn't connect to the GPS with a misleading error message like "Poor GPS reception" or "No GPS track in this area". Quick fix: dive into settings and allow the App to use location services. Dear developer: adjusting the message to something like "turn on location services in settings to enable GPS" would save your user from some frustration. Next it doesn't find a thing. Even the street is on the map the address search doesn't give results. Some small city streets might be forgivable but POI like the international airport of Milan (Malpensa)? Basically you need to find the place you want to go to by scrolling through the map, set a pin and start routing to the pin. At that point routing worked fine to me except one detour of a couple of km. However if you don't know where to look for on the map you are lost (I used map2go to locate the address). A feature I missed was the display of the current speed limit; quite helpful if you go abroad and aren't sure what are general limits on different road types. Bottom line maybe better to invest in a more functional system.

Very Impressed

Lived in Naples for a short time. Great directions in town, occ got lost in the mountains. Overall, though, this app was perfect, and did as well as my friends' dashboard TomToms and Garmins for >$200. Would love to see a US version for such a price.

This App Saved our vacation!

We drove over 1,600 kms in 8 days going from Rome, to Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Sorrento, Amalfi, Pompei, Agnone and even used it on Capri! For $4.99, this was bar far the best app on our vacation. I looked at many GPS for this trip and this one was excellent. The interface was the cleanest, and the routing worked ver well. The maps appeared quite up to date, even in very remote areas of the country. Thanks Navmii, you guys made our vacation awesome!
