I wish I hadn't wasted $5 on this app. I loved Space Invaders! This isn't what you would expect Space Invaders to be. The controls are too slow -- very sluggish. The screen is too small. I hope they fix some issues in the near future.
I'm enjoying the game! However, there is one little bug. When you achieve a new high score and the game ends, then close the app and return, your high score will no longer be there. A WORK-AROUND can be achieved by getting the high score, game ends, but instead of closing the app, start a new game. This will save your high score. A fix will get a 5-star rating from me.
App crashes 5-6 times in a row when you open it. It's brutal, it opens then closes over and over again. Other than that it's ok...probably not worth the effort.
This game is good just like the old version, not worth 5 bucks!!! Maybe 2 or 3 bucks but not 5.
This game looks terrible, the screen is tiny, it's overpriced, and you can't use third-party controllers like the iCade. Basically this app is pointless, do not get it!!!
And they ruin it! Why make the screen so small??? Controls are horrible! Wish I would have just pulled out the old Atari, because it would play better. You should hang your head in shame for this junk!!!
