8 of 25I'm a beginner! So far I love this app. I really like that it has a pre training plan. If you need extra time or are just beginning. I wish for the cross training you could input different work outs and time but since I can also put in map my run it doesn't make much difference! :)
Welp, I can't even open it. Just downloaded it and it crashes instantly on boot. Bummer.
I like the ease of use. Can it display more running tips e.g. shoes, form, drills, injury prevention, stretches. Would like to have multiple plans not just one. I am finding that I need to repeat a week at the same mileage to prevent injury, can the app recalculate my plan.
This app is a rip off. It requires you to re -purchase the app every time you create a new plan with a different event date. Wish I had saved my money.
I like it so far. It would be nice to have more than one plan. It would be nice to be able to reconfigure my plan more easily. E.g. Why do my long runs land on Monday? It is helping me stay motivated. I love seeing the reports on my progress. If this keeps me going I'm going to move to the pro or 10k app! Later. Still using the app. Love the reporting. I don't understand the status bar and my progress against it. My race is a month away, but I am 35% of goal, on endurance (not taper) and the suggested times and intervals are far below what I can now do. And far below the original training ramp? Why?
Helpful while getting fit to run a 5k. Looking forward to my event.
Awesome
Love my training plan. Really motivating.
