8 of 25Indispensable! Concrete definitions and cool links! Try it!
and I may reconsider the rating. Used it thrice after purchase yesterday and it crashed this a.m.
I have been using this in conjunction with Phraseology. It seems easy enough to look up words. I would love to be able to look up words with Terminology throughout the iPad.
I've been through many dictionary/thesaurus apps and this one has me. It's a really clean, beautiful UI with support for external app links as well as favorite words. It's great. But if there's one thing that could blow this app out of the water and cement my loyalty it would be ICLOUD SUPPORT. Nothing would make this customer happier than not having to worry about losing all of the awesome words I've looked up with terminology when I have to restore and not having to worry about whether I look them up on my iPhone or iPad.
Not happy with this AP... It fails to use proper grammar and only contains a vey limited list of words and phrases... Too hit or miss for my needs...it referenced 1 out of 6 words from a 5th grade vocabulary list!
I love how you can customize the settings and have links available to other dictionary sites such as Urbandictionary. It enables you to expand your search and improve your writings. Best paired with the app Phraseology.
While this app brings up handsome interface and typography, its content isn't as promising, lack of in-depth definition, synonym or example is missing. But don't let it disappoint you as the app is fast, easy and joyful to use.
This App is useful but not elegant. It could be more intuitive and add some very useful features.
