Burraco is a rummy-type card game similar to canasta, very popular in Italy and growing very fast in the rest of the world. Also compatible for iPhone 3, this version was created specifically for play offline against a "Robot" (that will learn to play better in next releases). At the end of the game, you'll be able to send your score and join online leaderboards: even in case of loss you will always be rewarded with points!.

* Because you do not play online against other players, there is no risk of opponent disconnections, or any other connectivity issues...

Alternatively, you can create a Burraconline account the same, and keep it active only to send iPhone results and partecipate to leaderboards. I bought this to learn the game, but with its microscopic instructions (that can't be resized) it's not going to happen with this app. The graphics also don't seem able to function well with a gen 4 iPod touch.
Dont lost your money! Runs soo sloooooowly...
There's a serious glitch in the gameplay, and this is looking past the early 90s-esque pace and graphics. The game doesn't allow you to use two wildcards in the same straight no matter what, even when one of those wildcards is a 2 of the appropriate suit and placement of the straight. So you can't do A 2 3 4 5 6 2 even when that first 2 is of the correct suit. It gets really annoying because the CPU, which is of no challenge, rarely draws a card, so you end up with more wildcards than you know what to do with and can't afford to get creative with them based on the glitch. Two stars because this is the only buracco app around. Otherwise, this unimaginative and easy-to-beat app would get but one.
Para jogar no iPhone é bom, mas no iPad não dá. A tela do jogo é maior que o iPad. Espero que na próxima versão corrijam esse erro.
