8 of 14This is a total hoot! I'm playing the bagpipes (sort of), something I probably never would have done without iPad. Took a few minutes to figure it out. Here's how to start: Turn the pad to portrait orientation, and then touch the green text in the lower left corner. From there, there are good instructions, including a demo.
This app is an excellent app for learning and playing bagpipes. Very intuitive to use and learn how to play bagpipes.
Me and my children loved it, My 8th Grader son plays Violin and Guitar and he was excited to get this app and in no time
He learnt how to play one of the tunes he learnt from a TV Serial.

The tunes sound like playing from original bagpipes. Great idea.
Great fun for about 3 seconds then the crashing began. Too bad I think this would be a lot of fun. Feel like I wasted my money. He it's fixed soon.
I have been a musician over 30 years, and produce lots of World music. I personally love this APP, and extreme thank full to this developer for such amazing work.
This App exceeded my expectation, and I will definitely use this in my projects. The sample quality is very high, and I hooked the Ipad up to a Amplifier and MAN !!! I WAS blown away !. The App is extreme easy to figure out, and in very short time you will playing Bagpipes at your own place.
Great work, and hope to see more apps like this which equal quality in the app store.
Thanks, and keep up the good work.
Strange interface and hard to do much of anything with this. I'm not sure that it's even capable of actually playing music. Maybe someone who knows more about it than me could do something with it.
Hey Jnocdeuniovsu,

I'm using the app for hours at a time with no problems.

If you turn off "Multitasking Gestures" on your iPad's settings, the app will work just fine. With them on, Apple stops the sound and takes over when you put 4 fingers on the screen.

The developer has this info right on the app support websites, did you think to contact him before writing a bad review?
I used to play this app all the time. It really entertained me and my friends. But lately, in the middle of play, it just stops and kinda ruins the song I am in the middle of playing. Just more of an annoyance
Works great once u turn off multitasking.
